Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship to Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier delays.

- Free Shipping on orders over AU$75
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Delays Nova Nest is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at loughman.business25@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
